Greatness of curry leafs





          In the traditional Indian foods we are using curry leafs not only to the aroma. It has some nutrient value and medicinal values. That why it is used in the ancient medical treatment like Ayurveda and Siddhartha.

          Curry leafs contain 63% for water, 18.7% for lactose, 6.4% for fiber, 6.1% protein and 4% for minerals, 1% of fat.

          Calcium, magnesium, iron, chlorine and oxalic acid are in the curry leafs.

          It clears your digestion problems and maintains your weight.

          It removes the toxins in your body. So you can prevent you to excess weight.

          In curry leafs rich in iron and folic acid, it gives a proper oxygen to your every organs. So it retains your red blood cells.

          It gives a glowing skin, because of it has contains an anti bacteria and anti oxidants. So make it as a paste to apply your skin with turmeric it removes the pimple.

          It retains your hair color as black.

          It controls the sugar level. So it is very good to diabetic patients to maintain their blood sugar level as good.

          An anemic patient take a curry leaf in the morning along with dates, it improves their red blood cells.

          Just make it as a powder to eat along with honey it is a very good remedy to the cold.
