FOODS TO PREVENT KIDNEY DISEASE

KIDNEY CARE





In our body, blood purifying one important organ is a kidney. It extracts the toxins and excess water in the blood, and sending to the urinary bladder. So the kidney is most important and it must work properly. If it is not working properly, it leads to be toxins mixed with the blood, kidney stone, high blood pressure and finally kidney failure.
           
          To improve your healthy kidney function and frequent urination, some foods are safe to your kidney. These foods are this,

Lemon:




          Take one glass of lemon juice daily, it reduces chance of kidney stone. It is a very good refreshing drink to your body. And also it is a very good chance to remove your toxins, to maintain a body temperature. It helps to activate our organs in the morning.

Watermelon:
         



          In this fruit water content should be very high. So it is increase your urination and remove the toxins in your body. Easy to digest and make you healthy.

Berry fruits:




          In the berry fruits, anti-oxidants should be high. So it has agent of combating diseases and expelling uric acid in the kidney and maintain should be healthy. So as much as possible to eat berries, it is very good for your kidney care.

Pumpkin seed:
          




          In the pumpkin seeds contains an anti-oxidant agent. It also reduces a chance of kidney stone.

Ginger:



          In ginger also contains an anti-oxidant, it helps to your kidney function. It helps to digest a food easily and quickly. Must remove the ginger skin and use it in your diet. It helps to maintain your weight.

Coriander:
         



          Take a 2-3 spoons of coriander boil with two glass of water, until it reduces one glass of water. Add some honey, drink the juice daily. It removes the toxins in your body.

Turmeric:



          


         Turmeric is an antibiotic. If you take this daily in your food, you can avoid the urine infections.
