How to get a slim beauty




          In the world, one side people suffer to the lack of nutrition and another side people suffer to the excess weight. Because of this they eat more and work less. But everybody wants to be slim. How it is possible?

The first thing is drink water:

Get started your day with 2 to 3 glass of water.

Compared to the plain water, it is better option to drink anise water. It reduces the unwanted fat and gives a shape to your body and helps to remove toxins your body. Take a lemon tea it gives a very good result quickly.

Besides this Valaittantu juice and Arukampul juice is also very good source for the weight loss.

Take Green tea, Ginger tea and lemon juice, it refresh your body and help to maintain your weight.

Walking and jogging:

It is possible means 30 minutes jogging makes you full day energetic to work more and burn your unwanted fat. If it is not possible means get a walk minimum 45 minutes. And also a 5 min walk, after meal.
         
       Diet:

Most of the people think skipping meals it helps to reduce the weight. Truely it is not like that, if you skipping your breakfast. Your body will lose some nutrients. It will affect your metabolism. So don’t skip your breakfast take it correct time and correct way.

Periodically add a gram in your meal like soup and chickpeas.
          
         Take more fiber rich food, it will give you less energy.

Always include in your diet fruits and vegetables.

Avoid to eating Junk foods, bakery food and dairy foods. Because it is gives more calories and unwanted fat. So avoid outside food is best option to your body.

Add more in your food garlic and Onion. It gives refreshment to your body and help to purify your blood.

Weekly twice a day take a gourd in your food. It will help to reduce your belly fat.


And finally track all your activities, sleep well, eat healthy and good luck to keep your body as slim and beauty.
